Terms of Use Agreement
This Agreement governs your use of the Zero60 Motorsports website. By accessing the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. Zero60 Motorsports may update them at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
Disclaimer
Car and engine modifications are dangerous and may cause injury or death. All modifications are at your own risk. Consult your vehicle manufacturer for information on safety, warranty, and performance impacts. Zero60 Motorsports assumes no liability for any damages to you, your vehicle, or others.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WHEEL FITMENT ISSUES, MAY NEED CAMBER ADJUSTMENT, FENDER ROLLING, AND/OR SPACERS. Do your research! Wheels may be an aggressive fitment. We are NOT responsible for fitment problems.

Check local laws before modifying your vehicle. Most parts are for off-road use only. Federal and state laws prohibit altering emission or safety devices on vehicles used on public highways. Violations may result in fines or penalties. Headlights and clear lighting products are only permitted for off-road use unless specified by local regulations.
Returns / Exchange
14-day return policy
- Wheels must be in brand-new and unmounted condition.
- Box and contents are not damaged or missing.
- All sales are final after 14 days.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, no exceptions.
- All returned products will be inspected before any refund is issued.
- If the product is deemed to be working after inspection, no refund will be issued.
- If product is determined to be tampered with or misused, no refund will be issued.
- All applicable warranties will be handled through the original manufacturer unless otherwise specified.
- PLEASE NOTE: All products returned under our 14-day return policy that are represented accurately in the above description will be assessed a 20% restocking fee of the sale price. Shipping is completely non-refundable on such items.
Site Usage
Unless stated otherwise, all site content is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, noninfringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. Zero60 Motorsports and its suppliers are not liable for any damages, including lost profits, interruptions, or data loss, arising from use of the site.
Reservation of Rights
All content, including text, images, and these terms, remains the property of Zero60 Motorsports. Any rights not expressly granted are reserved.
